代谢和心血管疾病日益成为人类健康的重要威胁。这两种疾病互为因果,同时内分泌与免疫系统的紊乱也参与代谢心血管疾病的发生发展。研究代谢和心血管疾病的发病机制,可以为探索新的预防、诊断、和治疗策略打开思路并提供理论依据。

课题组以代谢和心血管疾病为主要研究方向,同时关注内分泌与免疫调节在疾病发生发展中的作用,采用细胞生物学、生物化学、遗传学等多种研究手段,综合多组学分析,从分子到细胞信号通路、从细胞到模式动物表型,从模式动物到临床病理表现,多层次、多角度地深入探究疾病发生发展的机制,从中发现新的疾病标志物和药物靶点,并致力于将基础研究成果转化为临床诊断方法和治疗手段。
