- CCBill denied my card, there is nothing wrong with the card, what's going on?
The issuing bank may have denied the transaction for some reason. Try using the Check option, or another card. It does not mean your card is bad, it just means that the card issuing bank won't approve that type of transaction.

- Why did my account get canceled. I never canceled it?
Good question. Sometimes this happens with reccuring billing options on the web. In my years as a webmaster I have yet to get a straight answer on this from anyone. I've had it happen to myself too. For some reason the card issuing banks decide at random to disapprove recurring payments after a random number of months. If anyone can explain why this is I'd love to know!

- A box pops up and asks me for my password, then doesn't let me download the file, or I can't download the videos. How do I fix this?
This could be for several reasons. First, go to windowsmedia.com/download/download.asp and get the latest version of the Windows Media Player. This solves most problems. Also, try right-clicking and save-as to download the file to your computer before trying to play it from the site directly. Another helpfull free program that some folks use is DAP from www.speedbit.com. Another step would be to make sure and upgrade to the lates version of Internet Explorer found here. - Does this site support Mac users?
Our videos are ompatible with the latest version of the windows media player. They will only produce sound on WMP version 7.1 for Mac.
